Theatrical Interpreter Application

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with ASL Impact!

This opportunity is intended for licensed interpreters with an interest in theatrical interpreting and a commitment to collaborative access work in community arts settings. We’re looking for interpreters who are ready to engage with theatre teams, contribute to planning and preparation, and support accessible performances for Deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences.

Interpreters will work alongside peers, directors, and production staff to provide ASL access that is thoughtful, accurate, and artistically responsive. This is a collaborative role that values both interpreting skill and a willingness to adapt to the needs of each production.

Whether you're new to performance interpreting or bringing years of experience, ASL Impact welcomes interpreters who are interested in deepening their work in theatre through teamwork, preparation, and a shared commitment to access in the arts.
