We aim for your satisfaction with our educational and consulting services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued for registrations, consulting packages, and special events hosted directly by us.
2. Refund Eligibility Window
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (via email) within 30 days of the original purchase date.
3. Services Refund Criteria
Since our offerings consist solely of services (workshops, consulting, events) and not physical goods, refunds are evaluated based on the following:

Workshops & Events: A full refund will be provided if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop or event, provided the request is within the 30-day window.

Consulting Services:

Pre-Service: A full refund is available if the request is made before any scheduled consulting hours have been rendered or the preparatory work has begun.

Partial Refund: If only a portion of a consulting package has been utilized, a pro-rata refund for the unused hours may be considered, subject to administrative fees.

4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

Services Already Rendered: Once a workshop has started, a special event has occurred, or consulting time has been delivered, the associated fees are non-refundable.

Administrative Fees: Any credit card processing fees or administrative fees incurred during the initial purchase.

Third-Party Ticketed Events: We cannot issue refunds for registrations or tickets purchased for events or services organized and managed by a third party, even if linked or promoted through our Services. You must contact the third-party provider directly for their specific refund policies.
